Professional Services & Mentorship

The Burgess Workshop Studio provides elite creative mentorship. By engaging our services, you agree to a relationship based on mutual intellectual respect and rigorous creative effort.

The "Professional Grace" Policy (Cancellations)

We value the time of our world-class instructors.

• First Instance: A late cancellation (less than 48 hours' notice) or no-show is waived as a one-time courtesy.

• Subsequent Instances: Any further late cancellations or no-shows will result in a one-hour deduction from the Client’s total package time.

Intellectual Property & The Collective Archive

The Studio maintains a culture of shared learning. By participating in our workshops, the Client grants the Studio a non-exclusive, perpetual license to utilize anonymized excerpts of student-created and instructor-led materials. These excerpts may be used for internal pedagogical research and the development of proprietary educational tools (including AI-assisted creative models). No identifying information (names or schools) will be attached to this data without additional written consent.

No Guarantee of Admission

College admissions is a subjective process. While we provide expert mentorship, the final decision rests solely with the receiving institution. No guarantee of admission to any specific college or university is expressed or implied.

Code of Discourse

We reserve the right to terminate any agreement, without refund, if a student’s behavior is found to be disruptive, hostile, or contrary to the spirit of a collaborative creative community.
